Okay but buy some wire nuts
My installation was probably more difficult than most since the ceiling had no box, but it went into the wood just fine. The arms feel a little flimsy so keep that in mind if you have low ceilings. Regarding the wire nut comment, the electrical wiring had to be routed through the odd-numbered terminal. It seemed to work, but the wire nut and 15 seconds of twisting also worked.
