It is very easy to use with good customer service support in India as well.

I do not have any dislikes about it so far though there are few things that could be improved like 1.) User friendly interface 2,) Less bugs 3.), Customer Service should also improve 4., There can always room of improvement but nothing major has been mentioned yet by our clients who used this software solution till now5.). We were facing problems while using other softwares for medical records keeping etc which we solved successfully through smartsoft's product viz; SmartSoft MedRec &amp Medical Records Management Software 8).
