I like that it's easy to use! It's pretty intuitive once you get used to how everything works. There are tons of different types of coupons available so there really isn't anything wrong with this system. The only issue we have had in using paytronix is when our network goes down or gets slow. This causes issues because all of our customers will be affected by this and they won't know what coupon type they should swipe up. We've fixed this problem recently but sometimes it still happens.
