I have several Conall knives in a different line and am very happy with them. (I believe this design is called "Thunder".) This knife has a slimmer, sleeker design than others, with a more dishwasher-friendly handle. The shell is a much better design - it's open to allow air to circulate, not flocked. French blade with a flatter profile and belly than my German knives. The knife handle doesn't fit me that well. It's a bit square and they're more comfortable choking on the blade, but the balance of the blade is better when the handle is pulled further back. I'm very picky about knives. YMMV.
