Terrible - don't buy! First, it stopped working after just a weekend. Pretty pathetic if you ask me. The sensor didn't work - it was noisy but no coffee was dispensed. This was very annoying after my old Keurig broke, same after 1 year. (It was a $99 Mini-Keurig). Basically decided that Keurig sucks! I just bought a batch of BUNN and it's amazing! 4 separate jets (1 for mugs, 1 for ground coffee, 1 for soft pods/tea bags, 1 for water for hot tea or hot cocoa only. I love these - you can tell it's a lot better/better made than Keurig. And My cup of coffee is hot. I always thought Keurig's cup of coffee was just warm and I didn't like it. I won't even go into detail on Coffee Hobo as a company - stay away! Phone number for customer service, no prepaid return label (for a broken one machine) unless you email and threaten to contact BBB! said we would process your refund now so basically they would never do anything unless I was constantly bugging them! Fingers away from coffee hobo!
