I mean what a hassle the online marketplaces are only getting worse

It took 4 orders and 3 returns to get WORKING LIGHT. Wow how messed up everything is but I have no choice as there are no shops within a 200 mile radius. The first 3 all had defects, scratched lenses, cracked glass, weakened base. what the hell? Why sell returns from other dissatisfied customers and shift the grief onto others. I mean what a problem, online marketplaces are getting worse and worse, inferior goods are being sold and passed on first, when in reality we are selling counterfeits as quality products and this is now creeping into Revain.
