You don't stay connected to the phone. It charges for about ten seconds, then turns off, reconnects after a few seconds and starts charging again. Absolutely terrible. I don't recommend anyone to take them. Spend your money, get the right thing. Waste of money here. Update: Customer service has been nothing short of an excellent attempt to resolve the issue. Didn't expect anyone to contact me and didn't look for it, just a review and life. But they contacted me and did their best to fix everything. I am very impressed as I have not seen this type of customer service in the stores I have been to for twenty years. With that in mind, I've changed this rating from 1 star to 4. If a product doesn't work, they'll fix it with you.
