I received my reusable K-cups in a pack of 4 from Delibru and these reusable K-cups work great. As some people have mentioned in the comments, compacting ground coffee is key to making great tasting coffee. If you overfill and compact the coffee grounds in the k cup, the water will not filter through the coffee and will overflow the top of the k cup. I usually fill the K-cup 3/4 full with loose ground coffee, pat it on the counter 2 or 3 times, then run it through the machine. These mugs are very easy to clean, just rinse with hot water to clean the mugs. I recommend this product to others!
