Review on Tropic by Jake Powell

The customer service is outstanding! They are always willing/able (and even eager) for us as customers -- we're their partners first!-- To help solve our problems or questions that arise during implementation process; they have been very responsive & helpful!! I don't think there's anything about tropics i dislike so far but it would be great if more features could come out soon like integration w other 3rd party software tools such likes Xero etc.. We use tropical mainly because its easy enought manage all aspects related tp cloud services within one platform which makes life easier when managing multiple contracts at once plus has excellent support team who respond promptly whenever issues arises.
