Makes magic good for wine making

I've made 5 batches of 'stuff' with this and it worked great. The first thing you need to do is buy a pair of stainless steel washers to use on the underside of the silicone gaskets. The ones that come with the kit are too small and the gasket around them squeezes. The second thing you need to do is run a couple gallons of vinegar over high heat followed by 5 gallons of water. Be sure to clean and dry the seal after each start. into the pot and take an air hose to completely dry the copper pipes. If you're using a porridge that contains solids, you should buy a pot that you can sit in and that floats easily so your solids don't burn and you get the most out of them. I bought a stainless steel IMUSA USA pot with a 16 liter lid that fits perfectly and doesn't spill the contents. If you're using an inner pot, which you probably should be, be careful not to touch the bottom of the lid. The water pump that came with it sucks and I was constantly fumbling with the valves to adjust the intake and exhaust. What I do for water is put the pump in a 30 gallon tank on a cart about level with the burner, keep the tank filled with garden hose, and use the second siphon hose from the bag to keep the water cold. Adjust the flow in the siphon by lifting the bottom of the hose so the volume matches the amount you pour. If you only make 5 gallons of pulp, then 30 gallons of water is enough for a non-refreshing run. I added copper. Trunk to the baffle keg to make it a real baffle keg. How it is; it won't do much.
