Easy and quick to use, easy to store
We're pretty casual about wine temperatures - our No Cal cellar is good enough for reds and our fridge is good enough for whites - but sometimes we find that the fridge doesn't have the right white or rosé what a quick chilling requires in the freezer. That's how we know when it's cold enough. This seems more than accurate enough.
