Its vital for my dogs to have a phone number on their collars and for the collars to be able to hold up to the frequent (unauthorized) jaunts in the nearby swamp/woods. I was disappointed when one of my dogs collars slide thingy broke very soon after receiving them, I was unsure whether this was a faulty mechanism or if it was the other dogs fault.it was very clear that he had been chewing on both the clasp and the slide.I contacted Buttonsmith and sent them pictures, they replaced the collar for FREE.This is why I will buy from them again, because the customer service is outstanding. They did not have to replace it for free, I would have been happy with a discount because I could see the damage could have been cause solely by my pooch. I was already in love with the collars, now I love the company!
