The product does not peel and cut properly the first time it is used. The peeling blade found (#11 in the diagram above) was not sharpened. replaced with an OLD older model blade that I used years ago and it came off very well at the time. However, in order to properly cut the product and core, I had to MANUALLY hold the adjustment screw (#4 on the diagram) in position for the correct cut/core. The regulator found was VERY loose with a small rivet and could not be tightened. The rivet has been replaced with a machine screw and nut and the product now functions satisfactorily. The product does NOT match the cost of the older model but has a good suction cup mount which is why I bought it.
