The most important thing is that I can easily integrate with my ERP system in order to track all of our sales data (order status). It also integrates well with other third-party systems such as Google Analytics so we have some visibility into where things stand relative to customer expectations when they make an initial purchase decision. We use shopperkit primarily to help us keep up with inventory but it's easy enough to see what items people want by looking at how many clicks each product has received over time.
