Probably the worst hardware item I've purchased on ebay

Starting with the user manual which is useless and cannot for the life of it elaborate how both the lever and key stick are BOTH supposed to go in to the 45deg slot. Only they do not fit both you have to cut both the lever stick and the key stick to somehow perfectly fit halfsies in the slot. The screw holes do not line up with the original handles so I had to create a new set of screw holes in the door and another for the lever and key stick. So I have 6 holes on each side of the patio door now! After spending hours to get it to install correctly lo and behold the mortise lock lever does not engage with the hook receiver on the jam. This is going straight to the trash!
