Review on Adjustable Backrest Touring Electra 2009 2020 by Matthew Baltimore
May need a welder and some skill
The adjustment pin bracket has already snapped off from crappy nails. Directions suck. The rear seat post is sloppy in the assembly. The only reason I'm not returning it is so I can tighten everything myself and weld the pin back to the bracket.
