I've had very good success on 4 rides with 20 marks (my secret).

I pull a 1/4 ounce white buckstail with a 4" Mr Twister and 20 feet of fluorocarbon running near the bridge on the James River in Virginia I stay about 15 feet from the pylon removed and get my tail to hit the pylon I've had very good success on 4 trips of 20 marks (my secret of success) I've spoken to others that you may have caught 1 fish but most said they were skunked PS 8 to 15 ft of water For water 20 ft or higher see Planner #2 You don't want too much line on the walkway supports GOOD LUCK!
