Not at all for the average consumer. Be prepared to stumble for hours if you are not already familiar with RouterOS.

I'm a nerd. I like boring things like that. Even then, it's too user-unfriendly. I don't need to be held by the hand and I'm pretty good at networking. but it was too hard to understand. I stuck with it and figured it out and it works fine. but they could and should put a lot more effort into customizing the GUI/webfig. 6 stars for quality and equipment. 2 stars for the user interface.
