Better than expected.
Excellent collar. I have a medium for my 50 pound 3/4 Husky-1/4 German Shepherd. It's still a bit big, but I wouldn't want it any smaller or thinner. Many reviews mentioned that the letters "Service Dog" were covered up due to the fit. It is inappropriate to give a bad review based on regulations. Better adjustable than not fitting. "Service dog" is also written in two places. So if the word "dog" is hidden in one, it will appear in the other. The collar is crystal clear. You wouldn't complain about your dog's hair covering the collar or you might make it a product defect. Thing is, if I forget his vest, which I've done many times, this collar will cover us.
