Cannot rate durability at this time but during installation I can tell it is OEM quality as you would expect would. Installation couldn't be simpler, just one screw. You will need a 5mm Allen key. The exchange lasted 60 seconds. Ripples on the edge of the original base plate caused the sandpaper to wear out prematurely. I was probably too aggressive with using the edge of the grinding wheel.
