Follow directions, use on warm or cold grills, not hot. I've been using the brush for a few weeks. Works well but leaves a lot of bristles on the grill. I know they will burn when I turn them on, but it doesn't do so well on my pellet grill where they don't get hot enough to burn. It also doesn't bode well for the life of the product as it already looks pretty flat on the brush from the grill side. Very bad choice of material or very bad design. I can not decide. I gave a second star because it works. Not great but clean. How long is an open question.
