It just looks very cheaply made.
I've only used this product twice and it didn't work. I managed with a lot of effort to get 2 liters of oil out of my mower in 30 minutes. Hoses too short. On the second use the pump starts to fill up with oil, what a mess. The pump has completely stopped working. I found this product a waste of my money.
