These work fine but the countersunk hole is too small if you use larger screws than the tiny screws that come with these magnets. I recommend round bowl magnets instead. holes and they seem much stronger. be careful when screwing in, otherwise you'll crack them badly. I didn't crack them. even then I cracked a few. They stay in the cup very well as long as you don't crack them hard. I just put some super glue on them when I do that. Magnet and adhesive find their way to where they are supposed to go. Also, the magnet should face outwards when you hang tools on it. You lose a significant amount of holding power if you use the back of the cup to hold something. Mention that the holes are recessed on the side facing the Magnet T-cup
