I have used this junction box for 120 volt outlets and a 220 volt outlet for an RV power station. This is a sturdy weatherproof box which I used with a hole saw to drill through the cover for the 220v socket as well as the base for the 120v twistlock socket. I also cut the cover to fit the 120 volt outlet just below the 220 volt outlet. .The 220mm and 120mm jacks attach directly to the cover and the RV exit attaches to the bottom. The box is mounted vertically with mounting flanges at the top and bottom. It and the other sizes they sell are excellent quality and sturdy, strong enough to plug and unplug 220 and 110 cables, not very thin sides or cover. Works fine for me
