This software is user friendly in terms of navigation when compared to other softwares we have used before by Oracle or Sage. It's easy for users with no formal training to navigate around this system without confusion about how it works which has been our experience elsewhere using more complex systems such as PSA Global. We do not currently use any specific features on Costguard but are evaluating them all at present time. We cannot report negative comments yet due to lack of knowledge /experience from ourselves only having implemented this solution since November 2016 therefore still learning what functionality can be utilised effectively within this product. There is nothing I dislike so far though there may be some hidden gems out there! Our business operations were re-organising into different departments (Costing - AR & Admin). Prioritisation was needed between each department to ensure best results and efficiency across multiple functions including costing.
