When I called the customer support number and explained the problem, the representative gave me the assurance that I could either return the goods or swap it for a whole new one. I went and got the box, and when I got it back to the store, they told me that I had to go to the service center and give it for examination there. I told them that I had just bought the guys the night before, and I had brought the box back the next morning, so I didn't see any reason why I should have to travel all across Hong Kong for that. As a consequence of this, the manager has agreed to personally go and hand over my vacuum cleaner; in the meantime, I will continue to sit here and wait for all of this to be addressed. The employees that provide the company with non-professional support have particularly negative attitudes regarding the company. In the year 2022, the service that we receive is really terrible.
