Refurbished or Used Best in Pulling and Lifting
The only reason I'm giving it one star is because it really works. (So far.) I don't see anywhere in the description that it was used or rebuilt. But mine obviously has. In the photos you can see signs of wear on the handle and underside of the jack and that it has been spray painted. Very disappointed!
