The first shipment was returned due to the carrying case was damage and the outer packaging was not damaged. The instructions were all torn and the contents of the protective case were all out of the nesting.The replacement item had the same issue.instructions were all torn up due the products inside the case coming out of the nests. The instruction were of no value.had to figure out how to use it on my own and look on You Tube for help and that was limited
