Both the 425plus and the 430 do not have the ability to turn off the microphone or adjust the gain on the body. You can't connect headphones directly either. It also turned out that it was not convenient for me personally to use the pantograph stand. Bought a heavy and stable desktop stand. The 425plus comes with a stand, but it's flimsy and light. The package bundle of the 425plus is still richer than that of the 430 with equal characteristics.
