Box opened upon receipt and "attempted" to assemble. Parts such as screws and washers that attach the seat to the frame are missing. Special bolts are required, which are metric and rubberized damper washers. none to be found. Second, this device does NOT have a mount or hole to insert a bike flag, making it very unsafe to use on the street or next to a busy sidewalk. I've seen several manufacturers with this mount. When children are seated on this device, it sits VERY low to the ground and when a vehicle drives by, they may not be visible to a person with a low ride on this device. So I am contacting AMAZON for a better description of this unit and missing parts and maybe returning one that might have a bike flag mount that pops up while riding.
