Poor quality for small
Are these factory seconds? Mine arrived with what appeared to be a small bubble of glue on the outside of the package. A closer look reveals a defect in the steel. I don't pay that price for a wrench, let alone a small wrench that breaks. That should have been clear to any production inspector, so I ask again if it's seconds.
