This teeth whitening kit is suitable. You will receive activated gels (5 syringes), LED lights and a mouthguard. There are simple instructions and a color scheme. Creating the shapes was pretty easy, but I don't think the shapes are dense enough. A few years ago I went to the dentist to get plaster casts but as you know as you age your teeth move a bit so they don't fit properly otherwise I would just use them. The LED backlight is quite bright and easy to use. Just apply the whitening gel and use light. However, only time will tell how well this whitening kit works. I haven't noticed much of a change, but even when I had my teeth professionally whitened, the dentist told me that my teeth are pretty white and I might not be. And finally, I have not noticed any tooth sensitivity (cold or heat) or pain after using this product.
