The flapping looks like this in the logs: ether4 link down ether4 link up ether4 link down ether4 link up I read information about this on the net, a lot of microtik equipment sins with this problem, I did not find a solution. I do not recommend taking it, apparently Mikrotik is not going to solve this problem. Pros below: A lot of settings, the very thing is studying networks. Small. Has cons: Under loads (it cannot be said that they are large), it starts to flap (the connection is interrupted and restored) every 1-2 seconds.
