I'm impressed! Exactly the product deserves your attention.

The best thing I held in my hands, one of my Mikrotik routers worked for more than 3 years without shutdowns, while the settings were constantly changed on it. It still works, but due to ~300 rules in the firewall it doesn't have enough resources.
If you want a stable router for your home that needs to be set up and forgotten once, this is your choice.
If you need a router for a working network, take it without thinking!
If you want to learn how networks work in practice, this is ideal!
I took it mainly because it supports PoE transmission (did not come in handy) and because of the possibility of creating an unlimited number of port forwarding and nat rules (currently about 200 pieces, but it will pull 500+)

WiFi range, network speed, stability, full-fledged routerOS, price, quick setup section, very very fine tuning (the case when the network functionality is determined not by the router, but by the knowledge of the administrator), the ability to change settings without restarting the router, graphs with statistics, VPN, proxy, 6to4, high-quality support for ipv6, functionality is not limited to software, everything depends only on the resources of the router (the switch for $ 2k has almost identical functionality), it heats up moderately, although it is always under load, honest and stable 100Mbps, tons of settings

Cons

I would like to have the ability to forward ports in the quick setup, as is implemented in all ordinary routers, because for an uninformed person it is difficult to do this without reading guides on the Internet. I also didn’t like the fact that the router can draw graphs, can send statistics to the server, but it doesn’t know how to simply keep daily traffic statistics, although maybe I just didn’t find it The router is hackable, a good hacker closed dangerous ports and left his details. I accidentally set a password for the settings in 2022 - I had to reset it to the standard ones, because I said that the password was not correct

Set it up two years ago and haven't touched it. No crashes, no freezes. Stable and convenient, fit in a small hatch in a niche for an electrical panel. You won't find better for the money
