For most of the year I had this set, there wasn't a single flaw. They held a charge well and worked like they should. Just shy of a year, on of the two batteries is not holding a change. regardless of what charger (I have 2) I put it on, the light blinks green a few times and then goes blank or - it blinks green , then red fast. I contacted the seller and provided an explanation and photos. I have 4 batteries and this is the ONLY ONE that failed. Their response was immediate, personalized and they made good on the defective item. I was really impressed with the level of service that I received and would highly recommend this item and this seller.
