I enjoyed using Cobra admin manager for a time. It was easy enough to learn how it functioned and the interface design made learning what we were looking at quick and intuitive. We never really used it much after getting our first qualified offer letter. This wasn't necessarily because I didn't like Cobra's product - it actually seemed quite nice overall- but more that people who use Cobra's products are very passionate about helping clients understand their benefits so they don't have an issue when there isn't really anything wrong with them. However, this does mean many people aren't familiar with Cobras' offerings or may have questions about things like open enrollment periods. You can see exactly where your client spends their insurance dollars from any platform in just seconds! Benefits administration has been streamlined to help members stay informed throughout the year instead of having to call multiple departments each month to get updates on changes going into effect. It's easy for employees to use as it has all their information in one place! I love that my employer offers this program so we can keep track of our benefits with ease!! Sometimes there are glitches but they're quick to fix them. We have been able to maintain an organized system for benefit enrollment by using Cobra Admin Manager. Employees like being able to access this online at any time. Benefits administration is much easier now because of Cobra Admin Manager.
