Ideal for soap making. I've just started making cold soap and didn't want to jump to a loaf pan just yet, so I bought these and another set of rectangular molds (not from this brand). The bars come out very pretty and I love how the soap looks. The bars are about 1 3/4 inches thick and weigh about 119 g (4.2 ounces) and fit comfortably in my hand. Great if you want to experiment with a new technique before baking a giant loaf, or if you're just a crafter and don't like soaps in general, don't make a lot of these. I would recommend them to anyone who wants silicone soap molds. An added bonus is that they are very easy to clean!
