All I needed was a "Relearn" tool to change tires in a 2019 Chevy Volt (which is ridiculous these days, most cars don't need anything to to change winter tires or Jeep, VW, Tesla do not need anything). Either way, you can pick up a GM/Ford retraining tool from Revain for as little as $10. I thought I would get a better tool for future diagnostics. Boy was I wrong. This thing threw me so far off course. I go into the "retraining procedure" which turns out to be exactly how to do it, but it's not very clear. The instructions were similar to my car but slightly different. After putting the machine into relearn mode. The instructions (in TP408) say "Now use the relearn tool" for the next step. I thought it was a retraining tool. It also said or "deflate the tire", I tried that and it didn't work. In the end I decided to just try a simple TPMS scan and that's all the machine needs. It took 45 minutes to figure it out. No sign of instruments. It's coming back and I'll buy the $10 version. As this company has been harassing and bribing me I am changing my rating from 3 stars to 1. I have reported the harassment to Amazon and they have not taken any action.
