Poor quality of the inverters
I bought one of these to install in a 24 volt truck to lower the voltage to run my stereo and multiple USB chargers for my phone. It was protected by a fuse panel with a maximum fuse rating of 15A. The converter burned out after a few hours of use. They replaced it after I spent an hour of my time going through the warranty process. Installed replacement and same thing. Only lasted about an hour. Remember this was protected by a fuse panel with 1 x 15A and 2 x 5A circuits. None of the fuses have ever blown. This converter has never seen 30A.
