The keyhole cover is the worst design imaginable. It lets rain through and is so fragile it came out of the box broken. There's no excuse for this trashy design. The keyhole cover needs to be riveted to the metal and then closed with a yellow patch. But no, they've lowered the price so much that it's gross: Two open screws on the outside go through the yellow trim. Instead of just one keyhole to allow water to enter the mechanism, they drilled two additional holes to allow water to enter the internal mechanism. The problem is even worse. The screws don't screw into the metal of the cylinder, but into another cheap piece of plastic inside the cylinder. It's a $100+ padlock and they wrap that plastic around the keyhole, worse than a kid's toy. This is guaranteed to lead to water ingress and corrosion of the mechanics. Planned obsolescence.
