Bought this for a trip to OHV Park this weekend. IT WORKS GREAT! But be sure to read the instructions. If you know what you're doing, this is the best off road kit you've bought and if you don't, you'll come back here leaving one star reviews and whining! all of that. But it's kinda hard to describe. Once you use it, you get it and it's easy. Here's my attempt: You screw the tool tightly onto the valve. Then (without removing it from the valve) use the handle on the back of the tool to gently unscrew the center "core" of your valve. You don't see it, you feel it through the instrument. But that's okay, because there's no risk of losing the core. It is locked in the deflator. Once you push the core out far enough, you'll create a valve-sized hole in the tire and you'll be pushing air out in no time. Check the pressure and air for proper levels. I went from 35 to 20 in under 5 minutes. Again, the great thing is that you don't risk losing the valve stem. It is locked in the deflator. When you go down to deflate, just turn the knob and push the valve stem back gently and firmly, unscrew the deflator and you're done. As I said, it's hard to describe, but once you've done it, you can see that it's just brilliant and works very well. GET ONE!
