Proto is one of the best / My father used Proto before I was born and I'm getting old. I'm so glad they still exist and make HIGH QUALITY instruments. like these from other brands from constant use. So I had to buy another one. Another example: I use tools with reasonable care, fairly vigorously to the point where I really tire and break Sears Craftsman tools (remember those ones) and I had to go to Proto to install a rod end face brake buy one that would stand up to constant use. My personal experience has proven Proto to outperform over decades of everyday use.
