Review on 💧 Enhance Home Water Quality with Home Master CFKDF85GCC 20BB Granular Catalytic Filter by Tim Reimann

I've been using this KDF filter for my smelly limestone well water for about a week. Definitely gets rid of the sulfur smell but leaves dark carbon stains in the next toilet even after the first 15 gallon flush. Also, it appears to be hand packed/filled. Insufficient internal filter membranes before/after the "pot scrubber" do not prevent leaching of carbon or KDF particles, so the water still looks cloudy. This would be a great second filter in a triple whole house setup. I would recommend a 5 micron particulate filter before this KDF and a 5 micron carbon block filter after this KDF. Based on my findings, I wouldn't recommend it as a standalone filter.
