It works well but please note that it is 40mm x 40mm and is too large for most cases designed for a fan.

I have this cooler for my Raspberry Pi 4 in a homemade plexiglass case that I use as a Kodi media server in an entertainment center. Inside it's already about 80 degrees Fahrenheit. The Pi ran in temperatures above 72 C (161 F). Now it stays below 58 C (136 F). I control the fan with fan_ctrl.py which throttles the fan as needed.
