It works well but please note that it is 40mm x 40mm and is too large for most cases designed for a fan.

I have this cooler for my Raspberry Pi 4 in a homemade plexiglass case that I use as a Kodi media server in an entertainment center. Inside it's already about 80 degrees Fahrenheit. The Pi ran in temperatures above 72 C (161 F). Now it stays below 58 C (136 F). I control the fan with fan_ctrl.py which throttles the fan as needed.

Pros

It has PWM and runs on 5V

Requires a few holes in the Pi box, but if it's easy for you, it works well with OS controls; However, it always seems to ignite at 60Β°C and cut off at 50Β°C. Not sure if the set temperature will change without rebooting as Raspbian points out. Overall, the fan works well and is fairly quiet, but it's good that it turns off (it's not entirely fanless).

Very Quiet Inside

First of all this is a bigger fan than I was planning to order. I was looking for a PWM fan to replace the "standard size" fan that comes with most cases. My fault is what it is. With that being said and not wanting to deal with returns I decided to go ahead and modify my case to use it and I'm very glad I did! This fan is configured as a "pull" fan.
