Love the filter, water quality and easy access. Not keen on the faucet and actually used a different one (Watt) for my setup. It's also not clear how the "replace filter" light works - there are no comments in the instructions. The light is in the faucet and cannot see the actual filter, so a change can only be seen based on the volume of water or time. There is also no information on how to reset it when changing the filter. So - in general - a bit of light was useless/negative for me. The filter is good for 500 gallons, and in my RV, 500 gallons of drinking water is a LONG time. Another note about the tap - it doesn't have a "current" function that can be pressed/released; You really need to toggle it on and off. In the camper I love the instant function, one less chance of accidentally leaving a dripping faucet. Installation Note: In addition to the two keyhole holes, there is a third small central screw hole; This screw prevents accidentally pulling the filter housing out of the mounting screws when trying to reattach the filter, so I highly recommend using it. Finally: this filter flows SLOWLY. At first I thought it was useless, it took about a minute to fill an 8 ounce glass. After the initial purge time (10-20 minutes), the flow increased to about 15 seconds to fill the same cup. This equates to about 1/4 GPM, about half of what's listed. Honestly this is only 45psi in an RV, not the typical 60psi or more for a home setup. YMMV. Conclusion - Love the product, the dual filtration in one small unit works very well in my small RV and the flow is okay if not spectacular. It would be 5 stars if the faucet had an instant indicator and instructions on how to reset the LED when changing the filter. UPDATE 2012: I thought I could tolerate the low flow, but after waiting a year to fill the coffee pot halfway, I really got fed up with it. I've increased the water pressure in my RV to 55psi, almost house level, but the flow is still low. I ended up throwing it away and replacing it with a built-in unit. Lots of flow, 5 seconds to fill the pot. Not that convenient to swap, but swapping is rare when using an RV. Bottom line, I can't recommend this unit for anything other than maybe an ice cream maker. It's too slow.
