Review on 🚲 Planet Bike Blinky 1-Led Bicycle Safety Light Set by Chris Prix

Very nice addition to any bike light. It's basically the same as the regular Planet Bike Blinky 3, but with a special helmet mount. This mount is unique in that it allows the light to be pivoted while maintaining light output regardless of helmet angle or position on the helmet. The light itself is very bright. I have it installed on my wife's helmet and often walk behind her at night and I can confirm that the alignment system definitely works. It wobbles at times, so it's probably best to keep it steady rather than generally blinking. She uses these in addition to a pillar-mounted taillight, and combining the two makes determining her distance a lot easier. A high mounted light (e.g. on a helmet) also helps draw a lot of attention from cars because it can be seen over obstacles and is separate from typical car taillights. The price difference between this and the regular version is a bit big as it's just a different mount, but overall I think it's worth it for the extra visibility.
