A few months after purchase water started leaking everywhere. Now I can't even boil a pot without half the water spilling out and spilling it all over my counter. This is really really bad as I was just looking for a cheap no frills drip coffee maker for the office. I don't need a circuit breaker, I don't need a timer or a clock or anything. Exactly what coffee does. And this coffee maker can't even do that. A quick look at other 1 star reviews shows I'm not the only one with this problem, leading me to suspect it's just a defective product. Stay away at all costs, spend $5 on something else and walk away with a coffee maker that actually works. Update: The manufacturer sent a replacement free of charge after I exchanged emails with them. I will update this review based on how the replacement performs over the next few months. I'll leave it at 3 stars for now.
