I made a mistake, I was greedy. After seeing the variety of capacitive touchscreens currently available, I chose the largest I felt I needed. It's a responsive, good display that feels a bit washed out due to the limited use I've had it in so far. Much stronger than I expected, I used it with no case or other protection, just tethered to a Raspberry Pi via HDMI and USB cables. It may be necessary (when used with Pi and Raspbian) to edit the configuration. txt in the root of the SD card to change the display resolution. Due to the size, I switched to a smaller display. But that's not the screen's fault. I'm fairly confident that it will stand up to general abuse and make a useful addition to the toolbox.
