We really want this set of knives, but unfortunately we can't. The design of the one-piece knife is functional, the set looks modern and beautiful, but the quality of the knives leaves a lot to be desired. Within a month of use, three knives began to rust on both the blade and handle. We have not put these knives in the dishwasher and have never left them in water for long periods of time. We dried them and put them away, even then they started to rust. This set can last a few more months, after that we will have to buy another set. This time we will consider a different brand. I hope this company can fix the quality issues of the stainless steel and prevent both the blade and handle from rusting. The scissors are sharp, but the rubber inserts around the finger holes keep coming loose. It became a complete nuisance. This is very bad design. The stand is acrylic, and up close the chrome looks cheap and plasticky.
